CrossFit Chelsea is raising money to fund life-saving research here in Alabama

We are asking a few of our key partners to rally their friends, family, and networks to support Chelsea CrossFit as they host the 3rd annual Fight Like A Girl competition to raise money for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Alabama (BCRFA). This year's event will take place on Saturday, November 23rd from 9 am - 4:30 pm.

By becoming a fundraiser for this event, you will help fund promising local breast cancer research to save lives, and you'll help your friends feel good about doing good.

Although more than 200,000 women are newly diagnosed with breast cancer in the U.S. each year, the female breast cancer death rate has declined by 38% from its peak in 1989 due to improvements in early detection and treatment, according to the American Cancer Society. Since 1996, the BCRFA has contributed over $8.7 million to fund research at the O'Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center at UAB and their collaborative partners.

Starting a fundraiser is easy to do, and it's fun. We'll even give you all the tools you'll need to make a difference. With your help we can ensure to help find a cure for breast cancer by funding promising Breast Cancer Research in Alabama.
